Christmas color around the yards...
It will be a sunny 17C on Christmas. Not bikini weather or the ideal Christmas tropical vacation..but it's good enough I suppose. Its been a mild winter so far- not frost. Euphorbia trigona turns red in winter.
? Billbergia sp.
The popular Jade version 'Gollum' in bloom.
Kalanchoe tubiflora makes a grand flower.
Bird of Paradise.
Morning Glory climbed to the top of my Mango..about 9'.
Aloe plicatilis..just starting its bloom.
Not mine ,but one big honkin Poinsettia
MERRY HOLIDAYS.

There are still flowers on three of the Abutilons and the Tetrapanax is engaged in its annual race to open some flowers before they get frozen off - hitherto it has been unsuccessful, but it's making good progress this year.

Re: Christmas color around the yards...
Nice colour there! I planted Euphorbia pulcherrima in the ground and it lasted two years. Last winter (our worst for decades) killed it off. They are cold tender. There used to be a big one not far from here, 2,5 mts tall and a thick trunk. It must have been in the ground for over 10 years or so. I also have Strelitzias in bloom, Reginae and Mandela´s gold, not bloom yet with Juncea. I´ll post some pictures on colour around here. By the way, your mango, is it in the ground?. I´ve tried different varieties in the ground, but with no luck. Too much rain in winter, I guess.

Re: Christmas color around the yards...
Its in ground about 5 years now. It was a Baileys Marvel..then that graft part died in 2012-2013,then it came back as a yellow Manila. Its put up with cool and even a short freeze last year. A few top leafs were singed. Once they get over 2 winter in ground? They can handle much more cool. Yesterday I saw it break a few buds. This has been a very mild winter for us so far.
Pretty good for a Mango on December 26th in the San Francisco bay area.
